Structure initiatives and support performance.

Be bold, work together, succeed together

The Spark program brings together initiatives that promote intrapreneurship and mobility within ABGi. It provides a framework for identifying, structuring and developing impactful initiatives within ABGi.

Spark brings together initiatives that support employee-led projects, career development, internal mobility and the creation of new opportunities within ABGi. From developing a new area of expertise to creating a new function, joining another country or taking on greater responsibilities, career paths at ABGi can take many forms.

Turn ideas into opportunities

We believe that good ideas can come from anywhere in the organisation. Spark provides a framework to identify, develop and support initiatives that can create value for our employees, our clients and the business.

This can mean developing a new service, improving an internal process, exploring a new business opportunity or creating a new way of working.

Several initiatives have emerged from this approach, including CIR360 in France. In Brazil, for example, an employee-led initiative led to the creation of a Digital Transformation function, focused on automation, process improvement and technology solutions.

Promote initiatives

Spark is based on a pragmatic approach: ideas generated in the field are analysed, prioritised and, where relevant, developed with the support of ABGi.

This framework enables to:

Recognise opportunities for improvement or development

Turn proposals into concrete projects

Encourage employees to contribute to value creation

Design impactful projects

Several key initiatives have been developed within this framework. These projects demonstrate the ability to develop and implement solutions based on internal initiatives.

Illustrative career paths

There is no single career path at ABGi. Employees can develop their careers through greater responsibility, specialist expertise, new business areas, cross-functional projects or international mobility.

Our teams support these developments through regular career and development discussions, helping employees identify opportunities that match their skills, experience and aspirations.
