Across our countries, we encourage collaboration, open communication and knowledge sharing. In Germany, for example, managers, team leads and mentors support employees throughout their journey, from onboarding to professional development.

Leadership also means creating opportunities for others to develop their potential. In France, for example, Sharing and Inside sessions bring employees together to exchange ideas and experiences, while Learn & Play sessions encourage learning through shared experiences and curiosity.
